- IS THIS A PET FRIENDLY
EVENT? Yes, you are fully responsible for your pet,
and they must be secure at all times, but we are very
much pet friendly to friendly pets.
- WHAT MUSIC IS PLAYING?
Because this is a golf shootout, we opted for no live
music this year. Instead there will be speakers
everywhere with classic rock and blues.
- DO I GET TO PLAY GOLF?
No. This event is for beer lovers who want to come out to
a beautiful location and have a great time. Leave the
golfing to the professionals.
- HOW GOOD ARE THE
GOLFERS? NGL golfers are true professionals. Each of
the team members could achieve the goal of playing
professional golf, but for individual reasons, have found
their home in professional team golf.
- WHAT IS TEAM GOLF?
Watching the NGL is like watching "the Ryder Cup on
steroids" according to one golf enthusiast. The teams
play three aggressive rounds of nine. Remember, each team
only gains by scoring a point on the hole. So every shot
counts.
- IS THERE A PLACE TO LOCK MY
BIKE? We do not have a specific bike area. Though
many attendees find areas within the park to lock their
bikes.
- CAN I BRING MY INFANT CHILD
OR MY CHILDREN? Yes.This is an all ages community
event. While we tightly restrict who may taste the
microbrews, we encourage kids of all ages to join their
parents at this very fun and very popular
event.
- DO YOU HAVE TO PAY TO
ATTEND? No.You can attend the golf shootout for free.
You only have to pay if you want to taste unlimited
beer!
- WHAT DOES MY ADMISSION FEE
ENTITLE ME TO? Your admission fee pays for your mug,
wristband and all the beer you can taste until supplies
run out.
- DO YOU HAVE DESIGNATED
DRIVER TICKETS? Designated Drivers are free for this
event. They just need to register and will get free
access to Soda, etc.
- WHAT BEER IS GOING TO BE
THERE? Several local breweries will be there along
with most of Marktein Beverage Company's brands.

- HOW DO I JUDGE A GOOD BEER?
Beer is all about personal taste and what styles you
